Darvin - A RAG Study Buddy I Built For My Friend Drowning in PDFs

Two distinct study tools were developed for the Hacktoberfest Weekend Challenge. Darvin is a terminal and FastAPI RAG chat that provides grounded answers and citations from uploaded PDFs to prevent hallucinations during exam preparation. Meanwhile, Recall is a Computer Science study buddy designed for active recall. It prompts users with focused questions based on shared materials, providing hints or explanations to help learners practice explaining their notes through a simplified interface with one conversation box.
