‘Sunday in the Park With George’ London Revival Canceled After Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey Exits

The London revival of Sunday in the Park With George has been canceled. Empire Street Productions confirmed that the 2027 production at the Barbican will no longer proceed as scheduled. The decision follows the exits of lead stars Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey, who are co-stars in Wicked. The duo had been set to headline the West End performance next summer, but the production is now scrapped according to representatives speaking with Variety regarding the project's status.
