Taiwan Coast Guard to Acquire MARTAC Devil Ray T24 USVs

The Taiwan Coast Guard has signed an agreement with MARTAC to acquire Devil Ray T24 autonomous surface vessels through a U.S.-Taiwan co-production defense deal. Simultaneously, the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard are preparing to evaluate new USVs from Exail. The DriX H-9 will function as a counter-drone testbed, while the Oryx O-16 is designated for the USCG. These developments highlight a growing focus on autonomous maritime technology across different international naval forces.
