Talarico compares his campaign to David and Goliath after GOP invests over $158M against him

Democrat James Talarico compared his campaign against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to the biblical figure David. Talarico stated he is facing Goliaths, specifically billionaire mega donors, corporate PACs, and the Washington D.C. establishment. Republican leadership and Elon Musk have invested over $158 million in outside spending against him. This financial disparity defines the battleground contest scheduled for November, as Talarico positions himself against the significant resources of the GOP and the world's richest man.
