25-year-old woman killed, another hurt in West Philly crash

Two separate fatal incidents occurred recently in different cities. In West Philadelphia, a 25-year-old woman died and another person was critically injured after their vehicle struck concrete pillars on Girard Avenue early Saturday. Meanwhile, in the West End neighborhood of St. Louis, police report that an 18-year-old man was fatally shot on Friday evening. Both events resulted in fatalities, involving a high-impact traffic collision in Philadelphia and a shooting incident in St. Louis.
