Artist on the river

The second annual Art on the River event will take place on September 19 at John H Dover Memorial Park, located at 2531 Mary St. This public gathering, which blends nature and art, is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event returns to Dover Park for its second year, offering a unique combination of artistic expression and natural surroundings for all attendees to experience during the four-hour window.
