Sony in talks to reopen Hollywood's iconic Cinerama Dome: Report

Sony Pictures Entertainment is officially reviving the iconic Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, which has remained closed since 2020. Through a deal with Robertson Property Group, the historic venue will undergo extensive restorations starting next month, aiming for an early 2028 reopening. Additionally, Sony's subsidiary, Alamo Drafthouse, will operate the site and transform the adjacent former ArcLight Hollywood complex into a new 14-screen dine-in cinema, restoring these significant Los Angeles landmarks to the city's exhibition landscape.
