Scheduled to begin at 11am BST, users remained stuck at the main menu and consistently encountered failed to log in errors. Although the developer's support team acknowledged the problem and attempted to resolve it, the issues persisted. FromSoftware subsequently issued a sincere apology via social media and confirmed that the initial testing session is now officially closed.
