Lawsuit launched over sale of early access to Truth Social posts

The Intercept and Freedom of the Press Foundation filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump and his media company over a Truth Social API service. The offering allows Wall Street firms to pay up to $100,000 monthly for early access to posts. Plaintiffs allege the scheme is corrupt and violates the First Amendment by selling privileged government information.
