Trace Every AI Agent Action with ReskPoints — Open Source Agent Logger

ReskPoints is an open source Python library designed to provide observability for autonomous AI agents by tracing actions through sampling, masking, and multi-export. Meanwhile, AHA is introduced as a falsifiable discovery loop for automated red-teaming of production LLM agents, such as Claude Code and Codex. AHA focuses on discovering reusable vulnerability knowledge and the enabling conditions behind unsafe agent behavior, addressing safety failures that occur when agents operate over untrusted content and workspace states.
