Siesta is a local agent designed to analyze fridge photos to manage shopping lists and prevent food waste. Simultaneously, Edge Sensor Sloth utilizes an open-weight model running offline on ESP32 industrial IoT gateways. It monitors factory sensors during night shifts, replacing ignored dashboards by providing concise summaries to prevent equipment failure like bearing seizures.
