The Trump Mobile T1 is now available for purchase, but a detailed teardown by iFixit reveals it is a rebranded variant of the HTC U24 Pro. Although marketed with American values, the device is an identical, gold-painted clone of a Chinese smartphone. This discovery confirms the handset is a recycled HTC model from 2024, leading Trump Mobile to walk back its previous claims that the phone was made in America during its initial promotion.
