Coastal Bend students named National Merit semifinalists

National Merit Scholarship semifinalists have been announced across several regions. In Oregon, 191 high school students were selected, contributing to a total of over 16,000 semifinalists nationwide. Additionally, 54 students from RI and 15 students from the Tri-State area have earned this distinction. Students from the Coastal Bend region were also named as semifinalists. These achievements highlight academic excellence among high school students across various states as they compete for prestigious national scholarships.
