TikTok bans Musk documentary account

TikTok has permanently suspended the social media account for Alex Gibney's documentary focusing on the Tesla owner. The ban occurred just before the film's wider theatrical release. Bleecker Street, the film's distributor, was notified on Friday afternoon that the suspension was imminent. Consequently, Bleecker Street has been unable to promote the nationwide expansion of the four-hour documentary on the platform. TikTok did not immediately provide a comment regarding the decision to ban the account.
