Residential property transfers were reported across several New Jersey areas from late July to August 9. Jersey City saw the highest activity with 87 transactions, followed by Toms River with 61 and Middletown with 36. Other areas included Edison, East Brunswick, North Brunswick, Marlboro, Franklin Township, West New York, Sayreville, and Atlantic City. Median sale prices varied significantly, ranging from $298,500 in Atlantic City to $865,000 in the Middletown area during these reported periods.
