Trail Blazers fire new broadcaster Braiden Bell hours after hire

The Trail Blazers fired new play-by-play commentator Braiden Bell hours after his hiring was announced. The team took this abrupt action after a series of troubling social media posts from 2012 and 2013 emerged. These years-old tweets were described as racist and mismisogynistic. The broadcaster was terminated on the same day he was hired due to the discovery of these objectionable posts, marking a stunning turn of events for the organization and the commentator.
