Jonathan Lopez participated in an art exchange between Omaha and Carlenti, Sicily, directed by Lita De La Guardia to pursue state certification. Meanwhile, the Tree Hill project off Osborne Turnpike in Varina is progressing. Phase 1 features 487 residential units, including townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes. The full 530-acre development, spanning four phases over ten years, is planned to include 2,300 homes, 325 acres of green space, and 1.1 million square feet of retail and commercial space.
