Tripo AI 3D Generator Review 2026: The Black Robe Ships Brown

Independent reviews of Tripo AI and SupaVoxel reveal significant performance gaps. In a test featuring a chibi hooded grim reaper, Tripo scored 60/100 due to incorrect brown leather textures, while SupaVoxel scored 90/100. Another test with a chibi reindeer saw Tripo score 58/100 and SupaVoxel 91/100. Although Tripo was faster in one instance, it consumed 55 credits compared to SupaVoxel's 3, and produced non-watertight meshes across multiple subjects tested.
