Trump brags about the White House ballroom in his first post-election appearance

President Donald Trump made his first public appearance following significant Republican losses in the midterm elections. During his comments, Trump focused heavily on the White House ballroom currently under construction, boasting about the project while largely avoiding discussions regarding his party's electoral performance. This emphasis on the building project occurs as voters indicated they believed the president was concentrating on the wrong issues throughout this year's campaign, highlighting a disconnect between his priorities and voter concerns.
