Mehlville man charged in hate crime shooting

Authorities in Tucson, Arizona, are investigating a deadly shooting outside the Venture-N gay bar as a possible hate crime. The incident occurred shortly after midnight on Monday, resulting in the deaths of Vincent Anthony Siqueiros and Cameron Davis Capara. The suspect, 44-year-old Ousman Ceesay, also died in the hospital. Separately, a man from Mehlville, Missouri, surrendered to police on Monday night after being charged in connection with a separate hate crime shooting incident.
