Poland intercepts Russian spy plane over Baltic Sea again

Polish fighter jets intercepted a Russian Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft over the Baltic Sea on Monday. The incident occurred approximately 30 kilometers north of Łeba. Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stated that Russia tested Poland's air defense systems and deterrence. Separately, reports indicate that Russian grain exports are shifting toward the Baltic region due to ongoing disruptions affecting trade routes within the Black Sea, altering the flow of agricultural shipments.
