Ubisoft has reportedly offered to buy Arkane Lyon from Xbox

Ubisoft has reportedly submitted a bid to acquire Arkane Lyon from Microsoft. The studio, known for creating Dishonored and Marvel's Blade, is currently owned by Xbox. Reports indicate that Ubisoft is not the only interested party, as at least two other companies have also placed bids for the developer.
