Ubisoft has announced that no additional Assassin's Creed remakes are currently in active development, despite the strong sales of Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. The company is instead prioritizing the next chapters of the franchise, including several undisclosed projects. Additionally, Ubisoft provided updates on the series, confirming the implementation of a New Game+ option for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The studio aims for transparency regarding its current development focus and future title pipeline.
