The UK Parliament passed the Tobacco and Vapes Bill, which will prohibit anyone born after December 31, 2008 from purchasing cigarettes. The law, awaiting King Charles III's assent, also expands regulation of tobacco, vaping and nicotine products, including flavors and packaging.
