US citizen injured by ICE agents in California – video

US citizen Ricardo Gonzalez was detained and injured by ICE agents in Long Beach, California, on 17 October. Officials report that agents broke Gonzalez's arm during the arrest. The Long Beach police department responded to a large group disturbance involving federal agents, where they discovered Gonzalez bleeding and handcuffed. Police subsequently removed the handcuffs and transported him to the hospital for treatment. The Department of Homeland Security has not provided a public explanation for the detention.
