House passes resolution to block deportation of 350,000 Haitians

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution to extend temporary protected status for more than 350,000 Haitian nationals, preventing their deportation for another three years. The bipartisan bill was supported by Republicans with Haitian communities and Democrats.
