US No Longer Embraces Innovation: China Does

China is currently embracing innovation while the United States struggles due to conflicting rulebooks and resistance to technological adoption. Meanwhile, a new roommate and flat-finding platform called Belong has been developed to improve housing searches. Unlike traditional platforms focusing on rent and location, Belong utilizes lifestyle preferences and an AI assistant named Gemma to calculate compatibility percentages. This system helps users find living spaces and roommates that align with their specific social and cleanliness habits.
