Settler violence blocks West Bank homecoming

Settler violence has prevented a Palestinian family from returning to their West Bank home. Simultaneously, the US Senate rejected a Democratic resolution led by Chris Van Hollen. This resolution sought a State Department report within 30 days regarding violence in the occupied West Bank, specifically addressing the deaths of nine American citizens caused by Israeli settlers or security forces since 2022, as well as broader human rights issues and the detention of Palestinian children by Israel.
