Customer feedback is critical for product improvement but often remains unstructured and noisy, making it difficult to identify pressing problems. While initial analysis of small datasets, such as 65 entries on billing and dashboards, is straightforward, manual review fails to highlight recurring patterns. To solve this, a User Feedback Synthesizer was developed. This system organizes scattered comments into product areas and converts individual reports of bugs or feature requests into higher-level, meaningful product insights.
