UTA Shake Up: Matt Rice Named President of Filmed Entertainment

UTA has announced a comprehensive reorganization of its Filmed Entertainment Division to reflect blurring industry lines between disciplines. Agency veteran Matt Rice, previously head of the TV department, has been promoted to President of the new UTA Filmed Entertainment unit. Rice will be supported by a Filmed Entertainment Board and newly elevated managing partners Allan Haldeman, Blair Kohan, Jay Gassner, and Julien Thuan. This strategic shift aims to streamline leadership across the agency's film and TV departments.
