Extreme athlete known for performance with Madonna dies in Base jumping accident in Utah

Two people died following a BASE jumping accident in a Utah canyon, according to Grand County authorities. One of the deceased was identified as Andy Lewis, an extreme athlete recognized for his slacklining and tricklining skills. Lewis gained significant fame for performing onstage with Madonna during the 2012 Super Bowl. BASE jumping involves parachuting to the ground after jumping from fixed objects, such as buildings, bridges, or desert cliffs overlooking deep canyons in Utah.
