Venice Adds Competition Film From ‘No Other Land’ Directors, The Guardian & Jonathan Glazer About “Systems Behind Israel’s Calculated Killing Of Palestinian Civilians”

The Venice Film Festival has added a new documentary titled Naza to its Competition lineup. Directed by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, who previously worked on No Other Land, the film was shot at night on the rooftops of Tel Aviv. According to the official synopsis, the documentary reveals the detailed systems behind Israel's calculated mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza. This last-minute addition brings a highly provocative subject to the prestigious festival's competitive selection.
