Versant, Verizon Strike Multi-Year Distribution Deal

Versant has renewed its multi-year distribution agreement with Verizon, ensuring all deals expiring in 2026 are secured following its spin-off from Comcast. Simultaneously, Amazon and Synopsys signed a multi-year partnership exceeding one billion dollars. Amazon will license Synopsys design tools to optimize new AI chips. In return, Synopsys will utilize Amazon Bedrock for AI agents and adopt AWS computing and storage services to optimize its tools for Amazon hardware, accelerating overall AI chip design efforts.
