Kiggans, Luria to duke it out in rematch for battleground Virginia House seat

Republican Rep. Jen Kiggans and Democrat Elaine Luria will face off in the November election for Virginia's 2nd Congressional District. Kiggans previously unseated Luria in 2022 and has since supported President Trump's key policy objectives, including the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility America Act. Luria, who served four years in Congress before her 2022 defeat, is returning to challenge Kiggans in a rematch for the state's competitive battleground House seat during the upcoming election cycle.
