A woman faces felony charges after allegedly vandalizing the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC. The incident occurred on Thursday, involving soap bubbles filling a fountain and red and green graffiti reading “Clean hands Dirty $”. The Interior Department described the act as an utter disgrace.
