Water main break on 13th Ave. S. in Fargo

City officials responded late last Friday night to a 12-inch water main break in Parma, which closed both northbound and southbound traffic on Ridge Road between Southington and Buckingham drives. Simultaneously, Fargo Public Works has issued a request for drivers to avoid the area near 13th Ave. S. and 14 1/2 St. due to another water main break.
