HandoffGraph is a tool designed to identify critical knowledge gaps when employees leave a company. By loading Git history into FalkorDB, it creates a knowledge graph of contributors, files, and modules. An agent analyzes this graph to find systems, decisions, or team links known only to one person, which typically stay off standard handoff lists. The tool identifies what breaks, suggests who can take over, and automatically generates a detailed hand-off plan using Cypher queries.
