What investigators say happened at a Kentucky community gathering

An 18-year-old suspect was arrested following a mass shooting at Charles Young Park in Lexington, Kentucky, which resulted in the death of a 16-year-old and four injuries during a community event. Separately, federal authorities charged Lawrence, Massachusetts, Mayor Brian DePena with money laundering and wire fraud. These charges stem from allegations that DePena misused a $1.5 million COVID-19 relief loan.
