WhatsApp not lets you reserve usernames

WhatsApp is launching usernames later this year to enhance privacy, allowing users to chat without sharing phone numbers. This feature keeps phone numbers concealed from people not in a user's contacts. Starting this week, users can reserve usernames between 3 and 40 characters in length. This update introduces a new way to add and communicate with contacts, ensuring that the communications platform becomes more private by removing the necessity of sharing phone numbers.
