RecallIQ is a decision-memory system designed to help teams retain the reasoning behind their choices to inform future actions. Built using FastAPI, React, and Hindsight Cloud, the prototype architecture features a persistent memory layer and rule-based decision analysis. The system records decision titles, descriptions, assumptions, and expected outcomes. Each entry is assigned a status—Pending, Successful, Failed, or Warning—creating a structured record that combines historical context with preliminary risk checks to improve organizational learning.
