OutFit: A Little Movement. A Little More Outside.

Two projects were submitted for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 1: Touch Grass. Sprout is a nature companion featuring a 16-bit pixel-art aesthetic and a supportive chatbot that encourages users to reduce screen time and explore the outdoors. Meanwhile, OutFit is a fitness-planning prototype for adults. It converts goals and availability into seven-day plans featuring walking, mobility, and rest, allowing users to record activities and recovery check-ins to facilitate returning to regular routines.
