Will Skubal sign before lockout? Ranking MLB's top 50 free agents

A primary point of interest is whether Will Skubal will manage to sign a contract before a potential lockout occurs. While some suggest this period is unprecedented, historical parallels indicate that similar exercises in player rankings and lockout concerns have happened before.
