Between August 10 and 16, residential property transfers were reported in Paterson and Jackson. Paterson recorded 23 transactions, with a median sale of a 1,696-square-foot property on Holsman Street for $550,000. Meanwhile, the Jackson area saw 20 transactions during the same period.
