Xbox to Lay Off Up to 3,200 Staffers in ‘Most Significant Restructure’ in Company’s History

Xbox is implementing its most significant restructure in history, as announced by CEO Asha Sharma. The company will lay off 1,600 staffers this Monday, with up to another 1,600 positions eliminated over the following year. Additionally, Microsoft is parting ways with four Xbox studios: Ninja Theory, Undead Labs, Compulsion, and Double Fine, affecting approximately 350 employees.
