Xbox Is Asking Customers to Volunteer to Test Ad-Supported Game Streaming

Xbox is rolling out a voluntary test for ad-supported cloud gaming available to members of the Xbox Insiders community. Starting Thursday, eligible users with an Xbox account can experience this free, ad-supported service using a selection of games they already own. Microsoft has introduced this variant of the Xbox Cloud Gaming platform for a limited time while establishing specific advertisement guidelines. The trial allows participants to stream select library titles in exchange for viewing advertisements.
