I built a fully procedural cyberpunk city landing page — no GLTF, no textures, no fonts

SN0VV CITY is an open-sourced 3D cyberpunk landing page developed using Next.js 16, React 19, and Three.js. It is 100% procedural, utilizing InstancedMesh batching and throttled shadow updates without external models or textures. Separately, MyPDFLabs has updated its free Rotate PDF tool. This utility allows users to permanently fix sideways or upside-down pages without sign-ups or watermarks, addressing common issues found in scanned documents or landscape charts within portrait reports.
