Zhang Yimou to Lead Busan Film Festival Competition Jury

Chinese director Zhang Yimou has been appointed as the Jury President for the main competition section of the Busan International Film Festival, scheduled for October 6-15. He leads a seven-member panel that includes Chinese filmmaker Bi Gan, Korean actress Moon Choi, Japanese director Kei Ishikawa, and Cannes best actress winner Samal Yeslyamova. The jury will evaluate entries in the festival's primary competition, featuring a diverse group of international cinema professionals and acclaimed artists from across Asia.
